【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothemeasurementofthegaseousfluoridesthatareentrainedingasescarriedinstacksorducts.Thegaseousfluoridecontentisexpressedasamassofhydrogenfluorideinthestackgas.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallstacksemittinggaseswithfluorideconcentrationsofbelow200mg/m3.Itcanbeusedforhigherconcentrations,butthentheabsorptionefficiencyofthebubblersshouldbecheckedbeforetheresultscanberegardedasvalid.Thedetectionlimitofthemethodisestimatedas0.1mgm-3,basedonasamplevolumeof0,1m3.Allcompoundsthatarevolatileatthefiltrationtemperatureandproducesolublefluoridecompoundsuponreactionwithwateraremeasuredbythismethod.Themethoddoesnotmeasurefluorocarbons.Theconcentrationoffluorideintheadsorbentsolutionisthenmeasuredusinganionselectiveelectrode.Theamountoffluoridemeasuredisthenexpressedashydrogenfluoridebyconvention,thoughthismaynotreflectthechemicalnatureofthecompounds,whicharemeasured.

适用范围：本标准制订了适用于电信部门在接入网中综合传输电信业务和有线电视业务的系统技术要求。本标准可以作为规划、设计、验收、网络运行管理、业务运营管理的依据。本标准制订了若干种方案，使用部门可以根据需要选择其中一种，但是无论采用哪一种方案都必须满足该种方案的全部技术要求。本标准对接入网网络内部传送不同属性业务的调制方式、传输频段以及传输速率等技术参数进行了规范。接入网是公用电信网的重要组成部分，为保证公用电信网的全程传输质量，今后凡不符合本标准的接入网不应接入公用电信网运行。
