【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribesavelocity-areamethodwhichcanbecarriedoutusingthreeverti-calsonly,withoutsignificantlossofaccuracy,andgivesadviceonwhensucha"short-cut"methodshouldbeused.ThemethodspecifiedinthisTechnicalReportisnotanalternativetothevelocity-areamethodspecifiedinISO748,whichgivesaccurateresultsandshouldbeusedundernormalconditions.Thisshort-cutmethodhasalimitedfieldofapplicationandisin-tendedforuseonlyinspecialcircumstances,ex-amplesofwhicharegiveninclause7.

【摘要】:ThisCIEStandardspecifiesthemethodofcalculatingthecoordinatesoftheCIE1976L*a*b*colourspaceincludingcorrelatesoflightness,chromaandhue.ItincludestwomethodsforcalculatingEuclideandistancesinthisspacetorepresenttheperceivedmagnitudeofcolourdifferences.TheStandardisapplicabletotristimulusvaluescalculatedusingcolour-matchingfunctionsoftheCIE1931standardcolorimetricsystemortheCIE1964standardcolorimetricsystem.TheStandardmaybeusedforthespecificationofcolourstimuliperceivedasbelongingtoareflectingortransmittingobject,whereathree-dimensionalspacemoreuniformthantristimulusspaceisrequired.Itdoesnotapplytocolourstimuliperceivedasbelongingtoanareathatappearstobeemittinglightasaprimarylightsource,orthatappearstobespecularlyreflectingsuchlight.ThisStandarddoesapplytoself-luminousdisplays,likecathoderaytubes,iftheyarebeingusedtosimulatereflectingortransmittingobjectsandifthestimuliareappropriatelynormalized.
