【摘要】:Aforminglimitcurve(FLC)definesthemaximum(limiting)strainthatagivensampleofametallicsheetcanundergoforarangeofformingconditions,suchasdeepdrawing,stretchingandbendingoveraradiusinapressanddiedrawingoperation,withoutdevelopingalocalizedzoneofthinning(localizednecking)thatwouldindicateincipientfailure.FLCscanbeobtainedempiricallybyusingalaboratoryhemisphericalpunchbiaxialstretchtestandalsoatensiontesttostrainmetalsheetspecimensfromamaterialsamplebeyondtheirelasticlimit,justpriortolocalizedneckingandfracture.Sincethiscannotbepredetermined,oneorbothsurfacesofspecimensarecoveredwithagridpatternofgagelengthsusuallyassquaresorsmalldiametercircles,byasuitablemethodsuchasscribing,photo-grid,orelectro-etching,andtheneachspecimenisformedtothepointoflocalizednecking,orfracture.Strainsinthemajor(e1)andminor(e2)directionsaremeasuredusingpointsonthegridpatternintheareaofthelocalizedneckingorfracture.Blanksofvariedwidthsareusedtoproduceawiderangeofstrainstatesintheminor(e2)direction.Themajor(e1)strainisdeterminedbythecapacityofthematerialtobestretchedinonedirectionassimultaneoussurfaceforceseitherstretch,donotchange,orcompress,themetalinthe(e2)direction.Inthetensiontestdeformationprocess,the(e2)strainsarenegativeandthemetalisnarrowedboththroughthethicknessandacrossitswidth.Thesestrainsareplottedonaforminglimitdiagram(FLD)andtheforminglimitcurve(FLC)isdrawntoconnectthehighestmeasured(e1ande2)straincombinationsthatincludegooddatapoints.Whenthereisintermixingandnocleardistinctionbetweengoodandneckeddatapoints,abestfitcurveisestablishedtofollowthemaximumgooddatapointsastheFLC.Theforminglimitisestablishedatthemaximum(e1)strainattainedpriortonecking.TheFLCdefinesthelimitofusefuldeformationinformingmetallicsheetproducts.FLCsareknowntochangewithmaterial(specificallywiththemechanicalorformabilitypropertiesdevelopedduringtheprocessingoperationsusedinmakingthematerial),andthethicknessofthesheetsample.Thestrainhardeningexponent(nvalue),definedinTestMethodE646,affectstheforminglimit.Ahighnvaluewillraisethelimitingmajorstrain(e1),allowingmorestretchunderpositive(+e2)strainconditions.Theplasticstrainratio(rvalue),definedinTestMethodE517,affectsthecapacityofamaterialtobedeepdrawn.Ahighrvaluewillmovetheminor(x2212;e2)strainintoalesssevereareatotheleftoftheFLDo,thuspermittingdeeperdrawsforagivenmajor(e1)strain.ThethicknessofthematerialwillaffecttheFLCsinceathickerspecimenhasmorevolumetorespondtotheformingprocess.ThepropertiesofthesteelsheetproductusedindeterminingtheFLCofFig.2includedthenvalueandthervalue.FLCsserveasadiagnostictoolformateria.......
