【摘要】:Theenergyinputratetestisusedtoconfirmthattheunderfiredbroilerisoperatingproperlypriortofurthertesting.Temperaturedistributionofthebroilingareamaybeusedbyfoodserviceoperatorstoselectanunderfiredbroilerwiththedesiredtemperaturegradients.Preheatenergyandtimecanbeusefultofoodserviceoperatorstomanageenergydemandsandtoknowhowquicklytheunderfiredbroilercanbereadyforoperation.Cookingenergyefficiencyisapreciseindicatorofunderfiredbroilerenergyperformanceundervariousloadingconditions.Thisinformationenablesthefoodserviceoperatortoconsiderenergyperformancewhenselectinganunderfiredbroiler.Productioncapacityallowsthefoodserviceoperatortoselectanunderfiredbroilerthatmeetstheirfoodoutputrequirements.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofunderfiredbroilers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectanunderfiredbroilerandunderstanditsenergyperformance.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricunderfiredbroilers.1.3Theunderfiredbroilercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Energyinputrate(see10.2),1.3.2Temperaturedistributionacrossthebroilingarea(see10.3),1.3.3Preheatenergyandtime(see10.4),1.3.4Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(see10.5),1.3.5Cookingenergyrate(see10.6),and1.3.6Cookingenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity(see10.7).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
