【摘要】:1ThispartofISO4894establishesasystemofdesignationforstyrene/acrylonitrilethermoplasticmaterial,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofstyrene/acrylonitrileplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)Vicatsofteningtemperatureb)meltflowrateandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colourants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO4894isapplicabletoallcopolymersofstyreneand/orsubstitutedstyrenehavingbetween10%(m/m)and50%(m/m)acrylonitrile.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolourants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO4894doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
