【摘要】:ThispartofISO13216specifiesthedimensions,generalrequirementsandstaticstrengthrequirementsofrigidanchoragesforanchoringchildrestraintsystems(CRS)invehicles.ItisapplicabletofittingsfortheinstallationofCRSsforchildrenwithamassofupto22kg,bymeansoftworigidanchoragespositionedintheseatbightarea,inpassengercarryingvehicles.NOTE1ThismasslimitappliestoCRSswheretheinertiaforcesofthechildandCRSaretransferredviatheanchoragesystemfortheCRS.Theanchoragesmaybeusedforsystemsforlargerchildren,suchasseatswherethemainforcesaretransferredthroughtheadultseatbelt,providedthattheforcesappliedtotheanchoragesandtheresultingexcursions(see4.2)donotexceedthelimitsinthispartofISO13216.Toassurecompatibilitywiththeanchorages,thispartofISO13216alsospecifiesimportantfeaturesofCRSsequippedwithrigidattachments,suchascriticaldimensionsoftheattachmentsandgeneralrequirementsforhandling.Supplementarydevices,suchastetherstrapsandreactionbars,whichmaybenecessaryforspecificvehicleconfigurationsortofulfilperformancecriteriaincludedinnationalandinternationalstandardsandregulations,arenotspecifiedinthispartofISO13216.Aninterimanchoragesystemthatemployssemi-rigidanchoragesinthevehicleisdescribedinannexA.Requirementsforoptionalnon-rigidattachmentsontheCRSaregiveninannexB.NOTE2PerformanceandstrengthrequirementsforthehomologationofCRSsusingattachmentsaccordingtothispartofISO13216arepresumedtobespecifiedinotherstandardsandregulations.
