【摘要】:In2008,theOMCommitteedirectedthatthetwoseparatelypublishedOMCodeandtheOMStandardsandGuides(OM-S/G)publicationsbecombinedintoonedocument.ThiswasdonetoensureallofourstandardsandguidesdocumentswerereadilyavailabletousersoftheOMCodeproducts.Someofthestandardsandguideswereoriginallydevelopedaspartofthecurrentoperatingnuclearpowerplantspre-operationaltestingprogramconductedduringthe1970sand1980s.TheseStandardsandGuideswillbeusefulforpoweruprateprojectsandfornewreactordesignplantconstruction.CombiningtheOMCodeandOM-S/GintoonedocumentwillmakethepublicationschedulesfortheCommitteemoreefficientandeasiertotrack.
