【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversunfilled,filled,andreinforcedstyreneacrylonitrile(SAN)materialssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.1.2Thisspecificationisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials,butonlyasameansofcallingoutmaterialstobeusedinthemanufactureofparts.Materialsaretobeselectedbypersonnelwithexpertiseintheplasticsfieldwheretheeconomics,theenvironmenttobeencountered,theinherentpropertiesofthematerials,thepartdesign,thepartperformancerequired,andthemanufacturingprocesstobeemployedallenterintotheselection.1.3Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.Thesewillbeagreeduponbetweentheuserandthesupplier,byusingthesuffixesspecifiedinSection7.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesaregivenforinformationonly(seeIEEE/ASTMSI10.)Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section15,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1AlthoughthisspecificationandISO4894/1differinapproachordetail,dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
