【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheroastingofgreencoffee,grindingtheroastedcoffee,andthepreparation--fromthegroundcoffee--ofabeveragetobeusedinsensoryanalysis.Thesensoryanalysiscarriedoutfollowingthispreparationmaybeusedtodeterminetheacceptanceorrejectionofashipmentofcoffee,subjecttoagreementbetweenthepartiesconcerned.Generally,thesamplewillrequirealightroastforassessmentofdefects,andamediumroastforassessmentofflavourandcolour.AbeveragepreparedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardcanbeusednotonlyforpurposesofqualitycontrol,butalsoforpurposesofcomparativeassessmentofdifferentsamples,inwhichcaseanidenticalprocedurecanbefollowedforeachofthesamples.
