【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofsteamcookers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectasteamcookerandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletothefollowingsteamcookers:high-pressure,low-pressure,andpressurelesssteamcookers(SpecificationF1217GradesA,B,andC);convectionandnon-convectionsteamcookers;steamcookerswithself-containedgas-fired,electric,orsteamcoilsteamgenerators,andthoseconnecteddirectlytoanexternalpotablesteamsource(SpecificationF1217Stylesi,ii,iii,andiv).Thesteamcookerswillbetestedforthefollowing(whereapplicable):Maximumenergyinputrate(see10.2).Preheatenergyconsumptionandduration(see10.3).Idleenergyrate(see10.4).Pilotenergyrate(see10.5).Frozengreenpealoadcookingenergyefficiency(see).Frozengreenpealoadproductioncapacity(see10.7).Wholepotatoloadcookingenergyefficiency(see10.7).Wholepotatoloadproductioncapacity(see10.9).Waterconsumption(seeand10.9).Condensatetemperature(see10.7and10.9).Cookinguniformity(see10.10).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Itdoesnotaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
